Return Policy

  1. 1. General. Products which were purchased cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  2. 2. Returns for Convenience. If you are not satisfied with the Product you may return the Product you have purchased to us within a period of 14-days period following recipient of your purchase, and we will: (a) with respect to diamonds - relist the purchased diamond for sale on your behalf on our platform with a zero Fee (as such term is defined in the Terms of Use), and (b) with respect to jewelry (excluding the diamond) – provide you a refund equal to the jewelry purchase price less a processing fee of the lower of 10% of the purchase price and $USD1,000. Return of jewelry is available only if the jewelry was not worn. You shall not be entitled to a refund of the purchase price paid for any purchased diamond. Special orders are non-refundable under this section. A processing fee may be charged for this service.
  3. 3. Damaged Products. If the Product you received is damaged or an element of the Product is missing, you must notify us immediately by email to [email protected] within 14 days of receipt of the Product.
  4. 4. You will need to provide proof of the damage to be eligible for a refund. Any damage caused due to ware or use is not covered under this policy.
  5. 5. Responsibility for Returned Items. Until receipt by us of the returned Product you are fully responsible for it, so make sure, to the best of your ability, it is packed properly and cannot get damaged on the way. Notwithstanding the forgoing, returned Products are covered by our third- party insurance policy in the amount of the estimated value of the returned Product (as determined by us).
  6. 6. Return Procedure. If you wish to return a Product pursuant to Section 2 or 3, the following shall apply:
    1. 6.1 You should contact our customer support and notify us of your desire to return the Product within 14-days of receipt.
    2. 6.2 If you are returning the Product pursuant to Section 3 above, you need to include a description of the type of damage or discrepancy and provide proof that the Product was received damaged.
    3. 6.3 Following such notice, we will contact you to arrange for the shipping. You must follow the packaging instructions carefully. The shipping carrier shall be selected by us. Shipping cost shall apply if the Product is returned pursuant to Section 2. If the Product is returned pursuant to Section 3, shipping cost shall apply only if the Product is not covered under this return policy. The shipping costs are determined by the shipping carrier and if applicable you will be billed for such costs.
    4. 6.4 Upon recipient of the Product, our team will inspect the returned Product and the following shall apply:
      1. 6.4.1 If our team has come to a conclusion that the Product was sent damaged to the you, and such damage is covered by this policy your Product will be delivered back to you following our repairment, and if not reparable, we will provide you a refund.
      2. 6.4.2 If our team has come to a conclusion that the (a) the Product was damaged following to delivery to you, or (b) that such damage is not covered by this policy, the Product will be returned to you.
      3. 6.4.3If the Product is returned pursuant to Section 2, our team will inspect the returned Product and only if it is confirmed that the Product is in its original from: (a) in case of a diamond, it will be re-listed, and (ii) in case of jewelry (other than the diamond), you will receive a refund. If the product in not covered under this policy, the product will be returned to you.

    2. 7.2 This return policy does not affect or modify any of the statutory rights that are available to consumers.
